The agent of Southampton forward Manolo Gabbiadini has kept the door open to a move to Bologna.

Agent Silvio Pagliari has denied quotes suggesting Gabbiadini wants to only join a Champions League club.

Pagliari issued a correction via Twitter, which was also sent out to his fans by Gabbiadini.

“With regards to the article published this morning in the Corriere di Bologna about Gabbiadini's future, I wish to make clear that I never, ever talked about the 'Champions League' nor a 'new stadium,' but only an 'ambitious medium and long-term project.'"
