The agent of Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says the key to his success is his personality.
Speaking to Spox, Marc Kosicke described Klopp as "zeitgeist".
"On the one hand, he understands football as a top coach needs to understand it. On the other hand, his main competence is dealing with people, because he is unique," said the football agent.
"He is not too bad to surround himself with people who can do certain things better than him - and then let them do it.
"He has something God-given for that: his eloquence, the way he speaks, his rhetoric. You can not learn to set the right punchline at the right time."
Kosicke also stated that Klopp puts his team first and is not concerned with being in the spotlight.
"He does not care so much for all the success himself and absolutely does not have to be the focus," he said.
"I think that if Jurgen ever stops, then you will not see him often. Then he is with his family and his mates together, walks with the dog, plays paddle tennis and skat (a German card game) and has a nice life.
"Jurgen is totally normal and that is again so abnormal in this angry media world, that is quite unique."
