The agent of Everton midfielder Davy Klaassen insists he wants to stay.

The Holland international has battled for minutes since his summer arrival from Ajax and has been linked with a move away this month.

However, Klaassen's agent Soren Lerby is adamant the midfielder wants to stay.

"I have not heard anything from the club management, of course Davy is not satisfied with his role, but he wants to fight for his chance," Lerby told AD.

Klaassen was linked with Newcastle United earlier this week.
