The agent of Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez has eased talk of a January move away.

Suarez is being linked with a move to Andoni Zubizarreta's Olympique Marseille.

But Felix Gende told Fichajes.com: "I think it is difficult for Denis to leave FC Barcelona this winter, either by means of a loan or a transfer.

Olympique Marseille has never called us.

"It's a complicated situation, but he has confidence in his work to reverse the trend."
