The agent of Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan has denied reports of an offer from Inter Milan.

Forlan is being linked with Inter as a replacement for the Anzhi-bound Samuel Eto'o.

"Diego has not spoken to any journalists during his holiday," Daniel Bolotnicoff told Marca on Tuesday afternoon.

"Anyway, for the moment, we have received no proposal from Inter. We have never entered into negotiations with them."
