The agent of Marseille midfielder Florian Thauvin has shot down AC Milan transfer rumours.

Thauvin has been linked with the Rossonero this week.

But Jean-Pierre Bernes told Le Phoceen: “It's nonsense, there's nothing with Milan or any other Serie A club.

“We're in April and we must not pay attention to the rumours that are circulating: it's too early to give credit to the rumours.

“That's also because on one hand, the great Italian clubs work in absolute secrecy and, on the other hand, Milan must resolve their problems before thinking about concluding deals for next season."
