Jorginho is ready to quit Chelsea in order to join Maurizio Sarri at Juventus.

Italy international Jorginho joined the Blues last summer after enjoying success with Sarri at Napoli.

He endured a inconsistent campaign but managed to turn things around towards its conclusion, winning the Europa League with the west London club.

However, his agent agent Joao Santos, has admitted he is open to a return to Serie A.

Santos said: "Chelsea have a four-year contract with the lad. We'll wait a few days to figure out whether there is any truth in this interest.

"His past at Napoli won't be an issue, because Jorginho is a professional.

"Right now, Jorginho is happy at Chelsea. He found a great atmosphere and we can't really say that he'd like to go elsewhere, but anything can happen on the transfer market. We'll wait and see…"
