The agent of Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh has revealed the concrete interest of Arsenal. Pierre Frelot told Tuttosport: "Marouane has several options and all of them are interesting.
"We are evaluating which one is the best so as to allow Chamakh to continue his progress. Who would turn down Juventus?
"However, Arsenal are also in the running. [Arsene] Wenger has never hidden his interest in him to replace [Emmanuel] Adebayor.
"Chamakh is still under contract but he will be able to decide his future in January.
"Better still, I think he will make up his mind in December. He is eager to try his hand in a big league at this stage of his career."
