Agent Marc Kosicke admits Ralf Rangnick will not be joining AC Milan.
Kosicke spoke of the Red Bull football chief's situation as Stefano Pioli was confirmed by Milan for next season.
He said, “AC Milan and Ralf Rangnick have agreed that it is not the right time at the moment and that there is no momentum for working together.
“Because of this, and taking into account the good development and the results under coach Stefano Pioli, it was decided jointly that Ralf Rangnick will not take on a role at AC Milan."
Rangnick had held talks with Milan about taking a dual role as coach and essentially sporting director, which would've pushed Paolo Maldini out of the equation.
