The agent of Simon Mignolet says he wants to leave Liverpool.

Mignolet has spent the past 18 months behind both Loris Karius and Alisson Becker in the pecking order at the club, and made just two appearances last term in cup defeats to Chelsea and Wolves.

"The goalkeeper game of musical chairs hasn't started yet," Mignolet's agent Nico Vaesen told Les Sports Plus.

"It's important for Simon to play somewhere, and our goal is still to make him leave.

"He's still got a lot to offer, and if we have an offer, we're counting on Liverpool making an effort."
