The agent of Boca Juniors defender Frank Fabra has confirmed the interest of Everton.

However, Jose Constanzo has warned they face stiff competition from across Europe.

He revealed: "We traveled to Europe to get an idea about which clubs were interested, and for now Everton has sent some scouts to see Fabra with the (Colombian) national team, but we have not received any concrete offers yet.

"For Italy, Napoli is following him, as well as Fiorentina, which could be one of the options.

"My client has a high cost, and I believe that English football can be the best solution."
