The agent of Napoli winger Jose Callejon admits they've hit an impasse over new contract talks.

The 33 year-old's deal will expire in June.

“President Aurelio De Laurentiis has always wanted to renew Jose's contract, but at this moment there is no agreement," agent Manuel Garcia Quilon told ABC Sevilla.

“We are grateful for the interest shown and there is always reciprocal affection. We have two different positions, but there has never been conflict."

Callejon has been linked with a return home to Spain, where Sevilla and Valencia are keen.
