Olivier Giroud's move to AC Milan reignited his love for the game.

That's according to the veteran striker's agent, Michael Manuello, who placed Giroud at Milan from Chelsea last year.

Giroud has just become France's all-time leading goalscorer and Manuello told Le Figaro: "He's like a kid in the schoolyard, making his dreams come true."

On the Milan move, he added: "It was the turning point.

"He wanted to prove that we could still count on him."
