The agent of Lucas Paqueta says AC Milan is the idea club for him.

Paqueta has already scored in his opening eight appearances for Milan.

“I'm very happy with how Milan have welcomed him, and I must say it's all started well," Eduardo Uram told Calciomercato.com.

“Lucas is playing very well but I think the whole team are doing a great job. The results are coming and the team are playing excellently, but we're only at the beginning and we're aware that there's still a lot to do for the club to achieve the objectives that they've set themselves.

“Rino Gattuso has given him great support since the first day he arrived. Lucas found a Coach ready to give him advice and make him feel like an integral part of his tactical project.

“I haven't talked to Gattuso directly, but Lucas talks about him very well to me. He's happy to have Gattuso as a Coach.

“Lucas developed a winning mentality from a young age. He believes in himself and works on a daily basis to improve himself.

“He prepared himself mentally and knew what awaited him at Milan. He watched Italian football, he studied the details to be ready right away.

“He knew the club had great confidence in him and he wanted to be ready. Interest in him now belongs to the past."
