Manchester United outcast Jesse Lingard would love to work with Steven Gerrard at Rangers.
That is according to former Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor.
The former Villa attacker spoke with Football Insider reporter Connor Whitley.
Agbonlahor said: "Rangers are a big club.
"I'm not sure what goes through Jesse Lingard's mind but I can imagine he wants to play more football.
"He's not making the bench for Manchester United so I'm sure he'll be keen to get out and play somewhere.
"Whether that be at Rangers… I'm sure the lure of playing under Steven Gerrard would get any player, especially an English player because Gerrard is an England legend of the game. "Maybe it's something that happens. But maybe there are Premier League clubs that will be interested in Lingard because he's had a great career."
