Maurizio Sarri is raiding Inter Milan ahead of taking charge of Chelsea.
The Sun says Sarri is taking another step closer to becoming Chelsea boss by recruiting a key member of his coaching staff.
Sarri plans to bring Giovanni Martusciello over to London when he takes charge at Stamford Bridge.
Martusciello, 46, a former Genoa and Empoli midfielder, is currently working as the technical collaborator's at Serie A side Inter Milan but will work alongside Gianfranco Zola as part of the new regime.
Blues legend Zola has admitted talks are underway about Sarri coming in as new boss even though current coach Antonio Conte still had not been sacked.
Martusciello was on Sarri's staff at Empoli and when Sarri left was recommended by him for the main job, which he took in 2016-17.
