Crystal Palace boss Sam Allardyce was delighted his team were able to score quality goals on Tuesday night.
The Eagles conceded to James Henry's fabulous strike in the 48th minute of their FA Cup third-round replay with Bolton Wanderers at Selhurst Park.
But a Christian Benteke brace allowed the South Londoners to progress to the next round of the cup 2-1, which was a nice change having recently conceded sensational strikes to Arsenal's Olivier Giroud and West Ham United's Andy Carroll in the Premier League.
"Two quality goals won it for us in the end, and in fact there were three in this game today," Allardyce said in his post-match press conference after his first win with Palace.
"When I saw Bolton's worldy go in, I thought 'how many more are going to go against us?' We had Giroud, Andy Carroll and now Henry on his bad foot.
"It caused us a bit of panic but Christian's goals and Andros' (Townsend) cross was the sort of quality we haven't shown in the Premier League apart from the Watford game (1-1 draw).
"Hopefully that will bring us more goals and bring us a bit of confidence."
Palace will next meet Manchester City at home in the fourth round of the FA Cup across the weekend of 27-29 January.
