Freddy Adu says he is already happy at his new club Belenenses and is getting along well with his teammates. The US international is on a season-long loan with the Portuguese club from Portuguese Liga rivals Benfica and is happy with how things have worked out so far.

On his Twitter page, Adu wrote: "i gotta say i like my teammates and my coaches alot. They have been absolutely amazing since i have been there."

In regards to training, Adu is enjoying the challenge and is intent on making himself become a better player.

"nice off weekend. Now back to work. Work hard everyday. Talent alone cannot get you where you wanna be," he wrote.

"good training session today. Worked on some tactical stuff and played a little. nice team dinner tomorrow night."
