Former AC Milan chief Adriano Galliani was sorry to see their poor defeat to Inter Milan.
Galliani is now chief exec with Monza.
He told TMW, "I am as sorry as all the fans. I am as sorry as when I was CEO. I was a fan and I remain a fan.
"Milan is well managed, there are friends who will deal with it and find solutions."
Galliani also praised Inter for hiring coach Antonio Conte.
He added: "Conte is a great coach, football is made of professionalism and so as players and managers change teams, coaches do the same. No particular impression, just a little regret because Inter have a great coach."
