Adelaide United winger Cassio was awarded the Solo Goal of the Week for Round 9.

The Brazilian import netted in the second half to give the Reds a share of the points against the Newcastle Jets on Monday.

The ball dropped to Cassio on the edge of the area and he volleyed superbly into the top right corner, giving Jets keeper Ben Kennedy no chance.
