Adebayor: Man City squad suffering too many changes

Emmanuel Adebayor feels the constant changes to Manchester City's squad will hurt their title chances.

The former Arsenal striker feels the club's new players need time to settle.

He said: "I don't want to look too far into the future. Who knows, by January maybe the manager will tell me to leave, or maybe I will ask to leave. This is football.

"What we are trying to establish takes time. It makes everything easier when you keep the same manager and the players know how to play together.

"Chelsea have had the same group for seven or eight years. The Manchester United players know each other, look at the way Patrice Evra and Nani have learned to play together."
