Wolves dazzler Adama Traore feels his game suits the wing-back role.
Traore again impressed for their win at Europa League opponents Torino on Thursday.
He said: "You'll have to ask Torino if I scared them. I am just trying to do my work, to use my speed and skill to help the team.
"It's true I was fouled and when I got to the dressing room, the other players said I had got three players booked. A yellow card makes players nervous because you don't play the same afterwards.
"I am happy about that and will do anything I can to be the best and help the team. I know defenders will try to kick me, so most of the time I jump. This is what I do before they try to kick me. It is not a problem."
Traore added: "I know wingers don't like being pushed back because I am a winger. I know what they are thinking.
"It is also an advantage for me when I have to defend. I know the position when they have the ball on the left or right and try to do skills.
"Football is a mental game also and it is important to know the other player.
"It is difficult for them when I have the speed and I focus on the game to win every battle — this is my mentality."
