Adam Morgan was back on the scoresheet for Liverpool U21 yesterday.

Liverpool continued their preparations for the new season with a 4-1 friendly victory over Rochdale at the Academy on Monday afternoon.

Spanish youngster Suso fired the Reds into the lead just after the half-hour mark with a curling effort from the edge of the box - though the visitors drew level just moments later.

However, with 20 minutes left on the clock, Adam Morgan's superb long-range strike handed the Reds the advantage once again.

Michael Ngoo then struck a late brace to give the scoreline a much more emphatic look.
