Chelsea are sending new signing Kenneth Omeruo on-loan to ADO Den Haag.

The Nigerian defender has been snapped up from Standard Liege and will spend the next 18 months on-loan at ADO.

"This works well for both clubs," said the Dutch club's chief executive, Paul Beyersbergen. "Financially this is a good match for us and with Kenneth Omeruo we get a good player at our disposal.

"Loaning a young player like him fits into our vision."
