Achraf Hakimi is choosing to leave Real Madrid for Inter Milan as he doesn't see a place for himself in coach Zinedine Zidane's XI.

Hakimi has completed a two season loan with Borussia Dortmund and will leave Real for Inter this week.

Juan Jose Mayor, who first discovered Hakimi playing for Colonia Ofigevi, told Sky Italia: "He was looking for a new experience, as a starter.

“Currently, in Zidane's 4-3-3 in Madrid, he has no place. Even if Zidane knows him well, since he launched him in 2017.

"Achraf is a Madridista, I am sure that one day he will come back."
