Corriere dello Sport says the defensive midfielder is on Milan's shopping list.

Fabinho only joined Liverpool back in May after three successful years in Monaco.

The Brazilian was one of a number of high-profile signings coming into Anfield over the summer.

The Rossoneri are currently lacking numbers in the heart of their midfield with Lucas Biglia and Giacomo Bonaventura both currently sidelined with long-term injuries.

Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso is also thought to be against reintroducing experienced Ricardo Montolivo as he nears the end of his career.
