AC Milan waiting to pounce for Man Utd defender Bailly

AC Milan are monitoring Eric Bailly's situation at Manchester United.

ESPN says Milan are plotting a January move for Bailly.

Bailly has become unsettled after being frozen out by Jose Mourinho due to an alarming dip in form at the start of the campaign.

The 24-year-old was dropped after the horror show at Brighton and was brought back in for the league game at home to Newcastle United last month.

But another disastrous display saw the Ivory Coast defender hooked after just 19 minutes as United trailed the Magpies 2-0 after 10 minutes and has not been seen since.

Bailly, who cost £30 million from Villarreal in 2016, will be part of United's travelling party to Turin to face Juventus in the Champions League on Wednesday.
