Lucas Torreira won't push to leave Arsenal, it has been revealed.

AC Milan are keen to sign the Gunners midfielder after appointing Marco Giampaolo as their new boss last week. The pair worked together at Sampdoria.

In Italy it's suggested that Torreira was trying to agitate for a move back to Serie A after one season at the Emirates.

But the Telegraph says the 23-year-old is happy with the way things are going at Arsenal and is not desperately trying to engineer a transfer.

Indeed, Torreira is perfectly happy with the way he performed for Arsenal in his first year in the country.
