Olivier Giroud plans to make a transfer request at Chelsea.
With France's Euros now over, Sky Italia says Giroud has made up his mind and wants to leave Chelsea this summer.
The veteran centre-forward signed a 12 month contract in May, but now wishes to leave with an offer from AC Milan on the table.
Milan have told Giroud they're willing to hand him a two-year contract worth €3.5m-a-season - if he can secure a free transfer.
As such, Giroud will enter talks with Chelsea chief Marina Granovskaia in the coming days in a bid to be released from his contract.
