AC Milan striker Olivier Giroud is happy with his preseason form.
Giroud again featured in last night's friendly against Real Madrid, which finished 0-0.
The veteran said: "Tonight (yesterday) I felt good and I think we played a good match. It's nice to be back playing for 90 minutes, I think I'll be ready soon to help the team reach their goals.
"It was a good match against a very strong team. We showed our qualities, although we can still improve and perfect ourselves. But the ideas were very good.
"We were very compact and united, with great spirit. I think we will get to know each other better on the pitch. We are very confident for the future, we need to improve the details because they are the ones that make the difference. A few mistakes too many at the end of the game, but I'm very happy."
