AC Milan striker Stephan El Shaarawy says the players are behind coach Pippo Inzaghi.

Milan have had a positive week after their win over Cesena.

El Shaarawy said: "We have to build from the game we played on Sunday against Cesena, and try to pick up as many points as we can, because the Europa League is still an attainable goal.

"Inzaghi? It's his first year with a big team, he needs time. He has great commitment and desire, he just needs a little time. He's a Coach with clear ideas, and a great person."
