AC Milan striker Patrick Cutrone was left frustrated after Italy U21's defeat to England.
The Azzurrini lost 2-1 in a friendly in Ferrara's Stadio Mazza, as Liverpool striker Dominic Solanke scored twice and Moise Kean had temporarily equalised.
“I don't think England are any better than us, as today both their goals were pretty much identical. We created so many more chances than them, but weren't as clinical in our finishing," Cutrone told TMW.
“Their goalkeeper made a great save at the end, as I tried to redirect Riccardo Orsolini's shot, but couldn't get it in. I thought it was a fine overall performance from the team."
