Carlos Bacca has revealed his reasons for rejecting a move to West Ham United.
The AC Milan striker was the subject of a very tempting offer from the Hammers during the summer transfer market but opted against the move to London because he feared his Colombian family would struggle to obtain the appropriate visas.
"The offer of West Ham was very good I thought," Bacca told Spanish outlet Cadena Ser.
"I thought about my family, about how we would fit and problems that a South American soccer player can have in terms of the non-EU passport."
The 30-year-old former Sevilla man eventually remain with the Rossoneri after showing plenty of interest in a move away from Italy.
