AC Milan staff won't see Ivan Gazidis for over two months, it has been revealed.
It was announced last week the Arsenal chief exec would be leaving to take up a similar role with Milan.
And it's understood Gazidis won't take up his position formally until December 1. He leaves Arsenal for a contract with Milan worth almost double.
The South African is at work for Milan this week, however, with a meeting scheduled in London involving AS Roma director Umberto Gandini.
Gandini is expected to join Gazidis at Milanello before Christmas.
