AC Milan have signed permanently Kevin-Prince Boateng from Genoa and brought back Alberto Paloschi.
The two players were in co-ownership deals between the two clubs, but formally reached an agreement yesterday.
A notice appeared on the official Rossoneri website: "AC Milan announce they have signed Kevin-Prince Boateng and Alberto Paloschi on a permanent basis from Genoa."
The fate of the pair was already well known, but the official confirmation has now filtered through.
