QPR midfielder Adel Taarabt is back on the agenda of AC Milan this week.
A foot injury suffered by Stephan El Shaarawy will see the striker sidelined for six weeks and Milan are now seeking to sign cover.
Talks have been opened with Taarabt's agent, Kia Joorabchian, and a return to Milan could be now on for the Morocco international.
Taarabt confessed earlier this month: "I miss Italy and Serie A. I am in London and I hope in January to return. Everyone tells me that English football is better, but I really like Italy.
"A pay-cut? Yes, I will do that to return to Milan."
