AC Milan directors are becoming increasingly resigned to losing Franck Kessie at the end of the season.
Kessie's current deal expires in June and his demands are proving too rich for the Rossonero management.
The Ivory Coast international's management team are seeking €8m-a-year for their client, however Milan are only willing to go as high as €6m-a-year.
With such a gap, there's a resignation inside Milan that Kessie will begin listening to rival pre-contract offers from January 1.
Manchester United, Liverpool and Paris Saint Germain are all mentioned as potential New Year suitors, says La Gazzetta dello Sport via TMW.
Kessie is in his fourth year with Milan, having joined initially on-loan from Atalanta, before eventually signing permanently two years ago for €24m. The 24 year-old also boasts 48 caps with Ivory Coast.
This season, Kessie has made seven appearances with the Rossonero.
