AC Milan president Paolo Scaroni admits they're delighted with the team's progress this season.

Milan currently sit top of the table.

"It's a great satisfaction, we are all in seventh heaven," Scaroni told Sky Sport Italia.

“We have the youngest team in Europe and we're achieving terrific results.

“Now, we have a series of tough matches, we have some unfortunate injuries."
