AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi says they've made a deliberate shift in transfer policy.

Berlusconi insists they're now focusing on youth.

"We are focusing on youth," he said. "We have three youngsters on our radar, one plays in Italy and the other two are abroad - but we don't know whether we can sign them in January."
