AC Milan are now in talks with Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Le 10 Sport says the Rossonero have decided to re-sign the Frenchman after his loan spell at the San Siro last season.

Bakayoko wants to leave Chelsea after spending this term with AS Monaco.

Monaco passed on his €42m permanent option - and Chelsea have informed Milan they can now sign him for €35m.

Bakayoko, 25, is in agreement and would prefer an outright transfer to Milan this summer.
