AC Milan are nervous about losing Tiemoue Bakayoko.

On-loan from Chelsea, the midfielder has done enough to convince Milan management to seek a permanent deal.

However, Calciomercato.com says Milan recognise they need to act quickly with Bakayoko's form attracting interest from across Europe.

Chelsea have asked for Franck Kessie in part exchange - a proposal Milan have rejected.

But Chelsea's valuation of €35m is also a problem for Milan given their UEFA Financial Fair Play concerns.
