AC Milan midfielder Suso has apologised for his red card in victory over SPAL on Saturday.
Suso was sent off for two bookable offences towards the end of Saturday's match at San Siro.
“I'm sorry. For my club, for my teammates, for my fans, for my Coach. For myself," wrote the Spaniard on Instagram.
“[It was] a red card that was perhaps avoidable and, in my opinion, quite unfair.
“Certainly no-one will give me back the chance to play and help my team in the Supercoppa against Juventus.
“As for everything else... [it was] an excellent three points, [I'm] happy for Gonzalo Higuain and his goal.
“The Champions League is there at our fingertips. Happy New Year and Happy 2019, which will start with so much anger on my part, however!"
