AC Milan midfielder Lucas Biglia has urged fans to stick with the players.

There were jeers during the first-leg of their Coppa Italia semifinal against Lazio whick finished 0-0.

Biglia said, “I understand the fans, I was here for four years. I had some beautiful moments here and some not so good ones.

“This is football. Now I'm defending another shirt and I'm only thinking about that. In terms of fitness I'm feeling great. The surgeon did a great job.

“I haven't stopped. You need rhythm to get back to your best and I need to play, but that'll be tough right now because the lads are doing well."
