AC Milan midfielder Rade Krunic says he's happier under Stefano Pioli than former coach Marco Giampaolo.
Krunic found himself on the outer with Giampaolo in charge.
He said, “I feel a lot better. But I didn't feel bad previously either, I just couldn't give 100 percent and I didn't want to risk getting a more serious injury.
“I'm sorry for Giampaolo, he is a coach that needs a lot of time to implement his style of football.
“Now with Pioli, we are more determined. I feel his football suits our characteristics better.
“My dream was to play for Milan, not just be there. I have only just achieved my dream.
“It will be so much better when the wins are coming, we need more points to get back up the table.
“We still believe [in the Champions League. We need to believe, because we are Milan. Like I said, we need a big game to wake up.
“We are eight points behind fourth place, which is not a lot. There are still many games to be played."
