AC Milan are in talks with Chelsea to bring Hakim Ziyech to San Siro on loan.

The Morocco international has failed to live up to expectations since joining from Ajax.

Thomas Tuchel is prepared to let Ziyech walk this summer.

According to The Athletic, the two European powerhouses are discussing a season-long loan for the 29-year-old.

Ziyech has scored 14 goals in 83 appearances for Chelsea.
