AC Milan legend Pippi Inzaghi admits he's a big fan of young striker Patrick Cutrone.

Despite his work as coach of Serie BVenezia, Inzaghi has been keeping a close eye on Cutrone's development this season.

He told Tiki Taka: "Stefano Nava always spoke to me about him, he was in the allievi and we always brought him to the Primavera, we had him make his debut in the Primavera three years ago.

"He's going to be able to wear the Milan number 9 one day and try for the same joys I felt, it will not be easy but he deserves it."

On brother Simone Inzaghi's success with Lazio, he also said: "I was expecting it, even if in Italy with the young coaches we're always very impatient.

"With the Lazio youth team he did very well, but this year he is having a great season."
