AC Milan legend Billy Costacurta insists Mario Balotelli is not world class.
Balotelli was ineffective for Milan's thrashing by Champions League opponents Atletico Madrid this week.
"Balotelli can be a player the Rossoneri can count on, but only as long as he isn't the fulcrum of the team," said Sky Sport Italia pundit Costacurta.
"He is not a star and in my view will never be a world class player."
