Serie A clubs AC Milan and Lazio are competing with Liverpool in the pursuit of Ajax winger Anwar El Ghazi, according to reports.

The talented 21-year-old scored 11 goals in 27 appearances for the Dutch side last season and has emerged on the radar of a number of bigger European clubs.

Il Tempo reports that Lazio have joined Jurgen Klopp's Reds inn showing significant interest in El Ghazi, while Tuttosport claims that Milan have also joined the race for the talented Dutchman.

El Ghazi is valued at £15million by Ajax, but the Dutch giants will look to drive up the player's price as high as they can after losing key striker Arek Milik to Napoli this summer.
