AC Milan hero Roberto Donadoni admits he's a fan of Rafael Leao.

Milan director Paolo Maldin revealed this week an approach from Chelsea for Leao was rejected last summer.

Donadoni said: "He has excellent potential.

"He is showing incredible things and when he acquires even more continuity then we will be able to see him participate in the special elite of players who really make a difference."

Donadoni is this week being linked with the Monza coaching job.
