AC Milan Champions League winner Dejan Savicevic was delighted for the Serie A title winners last season.

He confirmed that he's still a fan of the Rossoneri after all these years.

He told Sportweek: “Oh, yes. You can't forget. I am president of the FA of Montenegro and a Milan fan. But a little less than my son Vlado.

“You know, he is part of the Milan Club Podgorica, he went to Reggio Emilia for the party, in the Curva. He took pictures and put them on Facebook as well. I saw it on TV, it gave me great joy."

On coach Stefano Pioli, Savicevic added: 'The credit goes to Pioli. For me he was better than Sacchi, Capello, Zaccheroni, Ancelotti, Allegri. They all had great champions.

“Gullit, Van Basten, Baresi, Weah, Boban, Shevchenko, Kaka, Pirlo, Seedorf, Ibrahimovic. He had a young group to work with and help. That's why he did the greatest feat."
